Founded in 2010, IMB works collaboratively with its partners to create large-scale, high-performing minority suppliers by combining strategic advisory expertise with capital, joint-venture and partnership solutions. Through direct investing activities, IMB seeks to buy companies with revenues of $15 million to $150 million that are existing suppliers to large corporations and government entities and enable them to reach their full potential by generating breakthrough revenue opportunities. IMB invests long-term capital on behalf of its principals, high net worth individuals and institutions on a deal-by-deal basis.
