IMB intends to generate above-market returns by acquiring, repositioning and/or building companies that generate significant economic and social value.
IMB’s portfolio companies aim to:

Grow sales significantly and thereby create jobs, pay competitive wages to existing employees, generate wealth for diverse owners and contribute meaningfully to the communities served

Diversify the leadership at the board, senior management and middle management level, and require that diverse candidates be at least considered for these positions (National Football League’s Rooney Rule)
