  • $15 million-$150 million of Sales; $2 million-$30 million of EBITDA​

  • Proven management team and/or large corporate partners

  • Profitable, with strong competitive advantages and growth prospects

  • Existing supplier to large corporations and/or government entities

  • Breakthrough growth potential by targeting supplier diversity needs of large corporations and government entities

  • Flexible capital structures (control and non-control acquisitions)
