Tarrus Richardson,

Chief Executive Officer

 

 

Mr. Richardson has over 25 years of experience in private equity, mergers & acquisitions and community leadership.  At IMB, Mr. Richardson is the CEO or President of e&e Tech, Alder Foods and LaFata Contract Services which combined have over $90 million in revenues.  Prior to IMB, Mr. Richardson was a Co-founder of ICV Partners, a $440 million minority-owned private equity fund.  Mr. Richardson has also served as board chair of the Council of Urban Professionals (CUP); Allstar Code; the Purdue Black Alumni Organization; and has also been the lead funder of two documentaries: BlackPurdue and Reginald F. Lewis and the Making of a Billion Dollar Empire.  He received a BS in accounting from Purdue University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Robert Toigo Fellow.
