Kirk Fichtner, Controller, has over 20 years of experience in managing financial operations for private equity, venture capital, and financial services firms. Prior to joining IMB, Mr. Fichtner was the controller at Share Financial Services, Inc., where he was responsible for all financial operations of the niche-focused investment bank. Mr. Fichtner began his career at Dillon, Read and Co. in their fixed income capital markets group. From there he moved on to head the advisory services operations at First Global, Inc. where he lead the team responsible for the management of the firm’s fee-based asset management accounts. He then joined Markpoint Venture Partners where he was responsible for fund operations. Mr. Fichtner received his BBA in Marketing from Texas Tech University and his MBA in Finance and Investments from The George Washington University.
