Ginny Gallicchio,



Ms. Gallicchio has over 25 years’ experience in the design, analysis, implementation and operations of complex benefit plans and advising large client organizations. She is a leader in service delivery and call center management and brings expertise in aligning benefits design and administrative solutions with corporate strategy, as well as benefits process outsourcing and the development and management of on-shore and off-shore teams. Prior to joining IMB Solutions, Ms. Gallicchio was a Principal and Relationship Manager with Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson) and Divisional Vice President with ACS (now part of Xerox) where she provided strategic health and welfare benefits consulting to drive operational excellence and profitability for diverse organizations, including several Fortune 100 companies. Her experience also includes 15 years at Aon Consulting (now Aon Hewitt).  Ms. Gallicchio has led large-scale projects to implement specialized technical systems and enhance operational controls while achieving extraordinary results and building, motivating and leadingclient-focused teams. She received her BS in Mathematics from Drexel University and holds Executive Certificates in Leadership and Management from the University of Notre Dame.
