Alessandro Miranda-Paratore has over three years of experience in mergers & acquisitions. Before joining IMB, Mr. Miranda-Paratore was a Senior Analyst at Outcome Capital, a middle market investment bank, where he focused on M&A advisory in the technology and government services sectors. Prior to Outcome Capital, he interned at INTL FCStone in the Investment Banking Division and at Ernst & Young in the Transaction Advisory Services group. Mr. Miranda-Paratore received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business.
